What do you do?

I’m responsible for managing existing business and introducing new business into CSG across the South. My role requires me to listen to and understand a customer’s requirement and offer a bespoke solution to any waste management problems they may have. I see myself as a problem solver who is not afraid to challenge the norm.

What do you enjoy about your role?

It’s so diverse, it definitely keeps me interested! I can walk out of an informal discussion with a self-employed small business owner into a boardroom of a multi-national company but both with the same aim – ease the pain of waste!

What is your favourite moment(s) at CSG?

Coming out of an office-based sales team onto the road! Both teams are fantastic but this progression pushed me in the right direction for my personal goals!

What do you enjoy about working for CSG?

The family-run ethos is definitely evident in the management style here, like no other company I have worked for in the past. I’ve been at numerous companies that “offer you the opportunity to progress” but CSG is the only company that has delivered on its promise.
