Transport Coordinator, £25,000 – £29,000 per annum, Botley, 40 hours per week

The Groups’ head office is based near Fareham, Hampshire and operates from 28 sites nationally. Steeped in heritage CSG has grown to become the second largest privately owned waste management company in the UK. A fantastic opportunity has arisen as Transport Coordinator in Botley.

Person Specification

What will I be doing?

·Planning efficient vehicle routing for allocated areas to ensure budgets are met.

·Planning efficient driver/operative resources for allocated areas.

·Responsibility for scheduling vehicle servicing and maintenance.

·Responsibility for vehicle compliance.

·Liaising with customers via the telephone and email with regards to booking planned and reactive work.

·Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.

What do I need for this role?

·Ability to provide the highest levels of customer service and professionalism to new and existing customers.

·Demonstrable experience in planning and/or routing vehicles.

·Strong attention to detail.

·Results orientated, self-starter who delivers to deadlines.

·Excellent team working skills.

·Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

·CPC qualification is desirable, however, training will be provided.
