CSG customers were recently invited to take part in a satisfaction survey with all the participants entered into a draw to win one of two prizes of £250 Amazon vouchers or, alternatively, to donate the £250 to a charity.

CSG were so pleased with the positive outcome of the survey it was decided the company should help support a local charity and £250 was therefore donated to Macmillan Cancer Support at a charity night in Wakefield organised by Lisa Fletcher, owner of Pinx Hairdressing Salon. The event raised over £1000 for Macmillan.

Mike Wilson, CSG’s group business development manager said: “The survey was very successful and provided us with valuable information which will help refine our customer care and assist future service developments. And we were particularly delighted to make a donation to Macmillan Cancer Support.”

Macmillan is a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. It’s not only helps patients living with cancer; the charity also helps carers, families and communities,| guiding people through the system, and supporting them every step of the way.
