Awards
Hampshire Business Award for Innovation
CSG won the 2009 Hampshire Business award for Innovation and was a finalist in the two other categories, Management Team of the Year and Company of the Year. CSG are the first company ever to be a finalist in all three award categories in the history of the awards.

CSG were also a finalist for the Company of the Year award at the 2010 awards.   

Salford Business Award for Innovation
CSG entered the 2011 Salford Business Awards and were finalists in both the Green Award and Excellence Award categories and runner up for the Technology Award.

CSG were awarded the 2010 Innovation award beating off stiff competition. The awards were organised by Salford City Council, Chapel Street Business Group and the University of Salford, who sponsored the Innovation category.

Accreditations
CSG understands the paramount importance in having accreditations and certification from leading external auditors and to ensure that as an organisation the Group acts within the correct health and safety, environmental and other leading authorities’ standards and legal guidelines.

BS-EN-ISO 9001:2008
CSG has obtained the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) standard for Quality Management assessed by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) a leading Norwegian and UK auditor.   

BS-EN-ISO 14001:2004
CSG has obtained the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) standard for Environmental Management assessed by DNV (Det Norske Veritas).   

Investors in People
CSG has recently been awarded the Investors in People accreditation at its Head Office in Fareham, Hampshire and across its Oil Treatment Plant facilities throughout the UK. CSG has also achieved the Investors in People national quality standard at its Blandford and Cadishead sites.

CHAS
CSG is accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) as having demonstrated compliance with and sound management of current basic health and safety legislation.

Environmental Industries Commission
CSG is a member of the Environmental Industries Commission

Achilles UVDB Verify
CSG is certified under the Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) and is certified under Category B2 Assessment.

Achilles Link-up
CSG is a Qualified Supplier of the Link-up qualification scheme. Link-up is a UK rail industry supplier qualification and audit scheme that acts as a single and common point for consistent industry registration.   

Chartered Institute of Wastes Management
CSG is an affiliated member of the Charted Institution of Wastes Management.

British Safety Council
CSG is a member of the British Safety Council which shows a commitment to working towards increased standards of health and safety and environmental best practices.

UKSpill Association
CSG is a member of the UKSpill Association

UKSpill Contractors Accreditation Scheme
CSG has been accredited by the UKSpill Contractors Accreditation Scheme to the standards supported by the Environment Agency.

SAFE Contractor
CSG has achieved the SAFE contractor accreditation.
